Training
Prior to Site Launch
Before a new website launches, Silverpoint Client Services staff provide customized training sessions on the use of the Silverpoint SchoolSuite® content management software and each module purchased by the school. A typical training series involves online training for a core group of website administrators from the school, then additional sessions are provided for users of specific SchoolSuite modules, such as an athletic director or development office coordinator. Silverpoint tailors each training session to the needs of the school, taking into account the technical sophistication of the audience and the ways that Silverpoint SchoolSuite has been implemented to meet the specific needs of the school.
Ongoing Training
Silverpoint provides training to new users who replace or are added to the core group of administrators. For clients who take advantage of software assurance, this training is provided as part of the client's unlimited technical phone support.
On-site Training
Though clients typically receive more than adequate training in our online sessions, Silverpoint offers on-site training for clients who prefer it. While the online sessions are best for "train the trainer" scenarios, onsite training engagements can include a larger group of users, such as all teachers who will be using the Academics Center.
